15-Minute Zoom Session
Spot Stiffness Early
Monthly Progress Tracking
Mobility doesn’t decline overnight — it happens gradually, often without you noticing until pain or stiffness sets in. That’s why I created the Flexibility Checkup: a free, 15-minute Zoom session that you can schedule once per month, right from home. During the session, I’ll guide you myself (no AI) through simple movements that reveal where tightness or restrictions may be forming, then compare your results to healthy clinical ranges. You’re welcome to come back each month to track your progress — no cost, no memberships, no commitments — just a straightforward way to stay ahead of stiffness and pain.
By the time stiffness turns into pain, the issue has usually been building for months or years. Muscle imbalances and shrinking joint ranges happen so gradually that you can’t sense them — like tires slowly wearing down. That’s why this Flexibility Checkup is so important; it shines a light on those hidden changes. In one short session, you’ll see where your movement is optimal and where the red flags are starting, so you can be proactive instead of reactive, and track success instead of decline.

Your Flexibility Checkup takes place live over Zoom, with no special equipment required. Please wear movement-friendly attire (athletic clothing works best) to allow your joints to move through a full range of motion. Be prepared for simple assessments from standing, seated and/or floor positions, so please have your phone, tablet, or computer where I can observe from multiple angles. Sessions begin promptly and follow a guided, step-by-step format with time for your questions. I’ll provide a clear professional summary, helping you understand your prioritized flexibility concerns and how they relate to future mobility, pain risk, and aging resilience.
1. Guided Assessment
Your range-of-motion is observed over Zoom.
2. Clinical Comparison
Each joint’s mobility is compared to clinical norms.
3. Professional Feedback
You’ll get clear results and their long-term impact.
4. Personalized Summary
Leave knowing where to put your focus next.
